business as a transaction business broker.
(This aspect of limited representation
allows a licensee to facilitate a transaction
by assisting both the buyer and the seller,
but a licensee will not work to represent
one party to the detriment of the other
party when acting as a transaction broker
to both parties)
The majority of
my office listings of businesses for sale
will have complete marketing packages
available to a qualified buyer. The marketing
package includes the following:
• P & L's and tax returns available
and shown through an excel spreadsheet.
This spreadsheet is prepared in-house
and directly from the financials supplied
by the seller.
• Employee list
• Equipment list
• Vehicle list
• Pictures
